Only what is necessary.

Personal information, photos, and requests are used to handle your inquiry, order, delivery, or custom-made item. Examples include contact details for consultation, measurements for fit, or an address for delivery and invoicing.

The request form asks for your name or preferred name, email address and a short description to understand and answer your enquiry. Country, category, measurements, budget, preferred timing and comments are optional. Do not share unnecessary sensitive information. We ask for other details only when there is a practical reason. A delivery address is not a reason for marketing. Customer information is not automatically used for publicity, social media or a portfolio.

Purpose and legal basis

We process necessary information to respond to your enquiry and carry out an assignment, to prepare or perform a contract. Security and spam reduction serve a legitimate interest, using as little information as possible. Statutory accounting obligations apply only to the necessary records.

Do not share unnecessary information about your sex life or sexual orientation. Ordinary product preferences and measurements are usually sufficient. If special category personal data is nevertheless needed, an appropriate legal basis and any separate explicit consent must first be established.

Different information needs different retention periods. Suitable periods and deletion procedures for enquiries, assignment correspondence, customer photos and technical logs still need to be established. Necessary tax records are assessed separately; an obligation to retain invoices does not justify keeping every conversation or photo.

Your privacy rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object, where the legal conditions apply. You may withdraw consent; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use. We normally respond within one month and inform you of any legally permitted extension.

You choose who knows about it.

We treat our conversation with discretion. Kinks, preferences, order details, and personal information do not belong in public communication simply because you discussed them with Johnny.

Wherever practically possible, we keep descriptions in correspondence, records, and shipping neutral. We confirm any special arrangements regarding packaging, the sender’s details, or invoicing before you place your order.

Discretion does not mean you should be ashamed of your kinks. It means you choose who knows about your private life.

Sending a photo does not constitute permission for publication.

A photo can help with fit, measurements, an outfit, a collar, or a beloved old item. It is not a material assessment, nor is it a promise of an exact replica.

No permission means no publication. A photo of just the item is often sufficient. Feel free to leave faces, other people, and unnecessary personal details out of the shot.

A photo and a name are separate choices.

We do not publish real names, usernames, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, faces, tattoos, or other identifying features without explicit consent. This also applies to private messages, screenshots, and order details.

Before publication, we remove unnecessary identifying details, text, and metadata wherever possible. You can grant permission for an image without granting permission for your name.

Custom-made items do not automatically qualify as portfolio work.

Even if a creator has made something for you, displaying it publicly requires your prior consent. You will be informed of the specific image, purpose, and channel involved. You can make separate choices regarding:

The product only

Whether or not to include an image of the item on its own.

The item being worn

A separate choice regarding a photo of the item being worn.

Your face

Whether or not you are recognizable in the image.

Your name

Whether or not your real name is mentioned.

Your username

Separate consent for an alias or account name.

Anonymously only

Limiting consent to use without identifying details.

We discuss this prior to the specific use case. The order form does not cover these permissions. Declining does not negatively affect your service or order.

Consenting to one thing does not imply consent for everything.

Placing an order does not constitute consent for marketing purposes. Sending a photo does not constitute permission for publication. Approving a product photo does not constitute permission to include your name.

Marketing requires a separate choice. No marketing service is linked to this concept. Permission to consult a creator is distinct from permission to make something public.

A nice message remains private.

If you write that something is exactly what you were looking for, Johnny will first ask if that comment may be used. A private message does not automatically become a public review.

When we have permission, we typically use an anonymous comment, a first name, or an agreed-upon pseudonym. We only include more details if you explicitly wish us to do so. We omit unnecessary personal data.

Your body does not need to change.

No judgment regarding weight, body shape, scars, disability, age, physique, gender expression, sexuality, kink, or clothing size. You do not need a specific body type to wear leather or fetishwear.

We discuss measurements to ensure a good fit or proper construction. For example: ‘This fit requires a little more room at the hips.’ Practical advice, not an invitation to judge your body.

Kink-friendly. Non-judgmental.

Leather, fetishwear, BDSM clothing, collars, harnesses, boots, and personal items can be part of your style, identity, sexuality, or a special memory.

You do not need to explain to us why you find something beautiful, exciting, or important. We look at what you’re looking for, what is well-made, and what suits you.

No body-shaming, disparaging remarks, or judgment regarding your clothing size or sexual orientation. We do not ask unnecessary questions about your private life. For explicit fetish or BDSM commissions, services are provided exclusively to adults aged 18 and older.

We do not share screenshots of private conversations with friends or other clients.

The maker receives only the necessary information.

With your consent, a suitable specialist receives relevant measurements, material preferences, examples, and construction requirements—not your entire private conversation by default.

Providing consent via the form is optional. If left unchecked, Johnny will discuss the matter with you first. A private consultation regarding feasibility does not grant the maker the right to publish photos or your identity.

This website, email and WhatsApp.

Only when you click “Send by email” are your contact details and reviewed request sent through this web server to info@yourjohnny.com. Photos are not included. The web server does not save the request text as a file; the email is processed in the business mailbox to handle your enquiry.

For secure email submission, the form uses a necessary session cookie, a security token and temporary counters with hashed network addresses. The limit window is one hour; expired counters are cleared on subsequent requests. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking software. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs.

The current retention period for business correspondence still needs confirmation. Ask Johnny which period applies to your enquiry. Email info@yourjohnny.com for access, deletion or privacy questions. WhatsApp is a separate service: you choose what to share there, and its privacy terms also apply.
