Your Johnny / Collaborations
For makers and suppliers
Whether you already have a collection or you make everything yourself: I am looking for workshops and suppliers that fit what customers ask for.
This page is for suppliers and makers who want to work together. If you want something made for you, you are in the wrong place. Have a look at Custom Made or send a message through contact.
01 / Suppliers
If you already have something made.
I am looking for suppliers of leather clothing, boots and accessories. Existing collections, small production runs and stock batches that fit the leather and fetish/lifestyle market.
What I need from you is limited: what you offer, what it is made from, when it is available and which business terms you work with.
What I am looking for
Leather clothing, boots and accessories. Small runs and stock batches are fine, as long as the quality holds and availability matches what is being asked for.
What I pay attention to
An honest description of material and finish. A product that is better than the photo promised is a reason to keep talking.
What you cannot count on
I do not buy everything and I guarantee no volume. This is about working together where it fits, not about a fixed commitment.
02 / Makers and workshops
If you make it yourself.
I am looking for independent makers and specialist workshops for leatherwork, clothing, accessories and metalwork. For leather goods, real leather is central, but I do not rule out a suitable product in another material.
What this is about
Personal designs, work to specific measurements, deliberate material choices and unusual finishes. That is the field of Custom Made: craftsmanship and possibilities, not copying existing brands or designs exactly.
How I work
I talk through wishes, measurements, material and use with the customer, think through what is feasible and then find the maker who fits. I do not do the work myself.
What is not possible
An exact copy of a protected design or brand. Neither is work that does not do what you say it does. I am honest about that, including when it means we do not work together.

03 / What matters
Honesty comes first.
What I value
- Honest information about material and execution, also when something cannot be done.
- Solid work and care in the finishing.
- Clear agreements and straightforward communication.
- Realism about what is possible, what the limits are and how long a piece takes.
What I am not looking for
- Promises that cannot be kept.
- Unclear agreements about delivery or payment.
- Labels or certifications, or a guaranteed place in my offering.
- Arranging customers directly around me.
04 / How collaboration starts
Three steps, no paperwork up front.
Most collaborations start with a short conversation. There is no standard contract and no fixed volume.
-
Introduction
You show what you make or supply. A photo, a product list or a link to your work is enough to start.
-
Looking
I see what fits a request and ask follow-up questions about material, finish and availability.
-
Agreeing
We discuss which collaboration makes sense. Price, any fee, responsibilities and delivery are agreed per collaboration.
Whatever we agree, we put it in writing first. There is no standard rate, no fixed margin and no minimum quantity.
05 / Contact
Show me what you make or supply.
Send a WhatsApp message or an email. This is all I need to start:
- Your name or business name.
- An email address I can reach you on.
- Whether you are a maker, a supplier, or both.
- A short description: what you make or supply, and whether it is your own work, a small run or stock.
- Optionally a website, a portfolio or a link to your work.
I do not ask for your home address, proof of identity or financial details. You may share a business name or place of business, but it is not a condition for a conversation.
This website does not send anything. There is no form behind this page: you open WhatsApp yourself, or you write the email yourself. Nothing is stored and nothing is forwarded automatically.
